1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

Heat together in microwave oven until melted, stirring often. Remove from microwave and stir in 1 pound confectioners sugar. Press into 8 inch greased dish. Chill.
