WIENERBOHNEN (VIENNESE GREEN
BEANS)
 
1 1/2 lbs. sliced green beans
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
Chicken bouillon to taste

Over medium high heat, melt butter. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Add garlic, parsley, and dill. Stir for 1 minute more. Add beans, 1 1/2 cups water, and bouillon to taste. Bring to a boil and cook until beans are just tender.
