LOW - CAL CONGEALED SALAD 
1 lg. box sugar free orange Jello
1 med. tub Cool Whip (low-cal)
1 med. size can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk

Drain juice off pineapple in cup and finish filling with water. Heat to boil and pour over Jello, stirring until dissolved. Mix buttermilk and pineapple in another bowl; pour over Jello mixture, stirring 2 or 3 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm.
