CONGEALED PINEAPPLE CARROT SALAD 
1 env. plain gelatin, dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water
3 oz. pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
1 rounded c. grated carrots
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. Pet milk

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add salt. Let cool while grating carrots. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 8 individual molds, set several hours or overnight.
