1 graham cracker crust, extra serving size
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) jar (nonfrozen) strawberry jam
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients except jam. Spoon into crust and chill. Top with jam. Chill and serve.
