BUTTER MILK CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder

Dip breast in buttermilk. Roll in flour. Have your oil hot in large frying skillet. Lay chicken breast in. Fry over medium heat, turning only once or twice. Season to taste.
