6 HOUR BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef stew cubes 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes 6 carrots in large cubes 6 potatoes in large cubes 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 tbsp. tapioca 2 tsp. vinegar or sherry 2 slices bread, cubed Your choice of herbs/seasonings Mix all above together in large baking pan. Bake covered 6 hours at 250 degrees. |
