WATERGATE CAKE WITH COVER-UP
FROSTING
 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)
3/4 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up
3 eggs

Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

3 oz. Dream Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Whip until stiff. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut on top.
