WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

2 sm. pkgs. Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
3 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. coconut
1/2 - 1 c. nuts

Mix together white cake mix and 1 box of pistachio pudding. Add eggs, vegetable oil and 7-Up. Beat well and add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. For frosting, beat Dream Whip and milk together slowly and until firm. Add pudding mix and beat until thick. Pour over cooled cake. Top with coconut and nuts. Store in refrigerator. Do not frost too far in advance.
