WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. oil (try 3/4 c. oil)
1 c. lemon lime soda
1/2 c. coconut
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together; pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix

Put all ingredients together and beat until fluffy. Frost cake and refrigerate. You can use 2 packages dry whip cream. Add 1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup nuts.
