1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. nuts
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 drops green food coloring

Mix together cake mix and eggs. Beat well. Add Crisco oil. Add pudding and beat well. Add 7-Up. Stir in nuts. Beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done. Cool.

ICING:

Beat all remaining ingredients together, and spread over cake.
