BAKED CLAMS 
1 doz. cherrystone clams
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Parsley as desired
1/4 tsp. garlic
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. clam juice

Scrub clams. Steam until water boils and clams open. Save shells. Chop clam meat finely. Add salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. Mix. Add bread crumbs and mix. Add oil then mix. Add clam juice. Mix thoroughly. Stuff clam shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
