APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell sprinkled with 1/4 c. coconut

FILLING:

4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour

Mix well and put in unbaked pie shell.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and put on top of apple mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
