SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 c. self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir all ingredients until mixed. Spray 2 small muffin tins. Spoon batter into tins. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. May be frozen. Easy to double.
