SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
2 c. self rising flour
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

Mix and pour into muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Variations: sausage and cheese, add to basic.

Recipe: 3/4 cup cooked sausage, ham or bacon and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
