FANCY FRENCH BEANS 
4 c. frozen French-style green beans
1 c. bean sprouts
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. half & half cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook beans according to package directions. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts; heat through. Drain well and set aside. In a saucepan melt better. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and cayenne until smooth. Gradually add cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce and bean mixture; toss to coat. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Combine almonds and cheese; sprinkle over the top. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 5 minutes or until almonds are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
