HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken, drained (Swanson) 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1 apple, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained 2 tbsp. raisins 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, divided 5 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. curry powder Note: Rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken works great for this too. Combine chicken, celery, apple, pineapple, raisins and 2/3 of the sesame seeds. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder; pour over chicken mixture. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Serve alone or on croissants. Variations: Add more raisins, nuts, or curry powder to suit your taste. Submitted by: Lisa O. |
