GRAPE JELLY 
6 c. grapes
5 c. sugar

Pick grapes from stem. Put into kettle and mash. Add sugar. Stir with wooden spoon until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring often. When grapes come to a hard boil, start timing for 15 minutes. Put through a mill. Stir again and put into sterilized jars. Cover with paraffin or sterile lids. Makes about 5 jelly glasses.
