GREEN TOMATO CATSUP 
1 gal. green tomatoes

Grind and cook to boil; stir often. Take off stove and strain to remove liquid. Add: 3 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 c. chopped onions 2 tbsp. cloves 2 lg. green peppers, grind 1 lg. red pepper, grind 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. celery seed 1/4 tbsp. mustard seed

Mix and cook 25 to 30 minutes; then seal in jars.
