CREOLE CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, bell pepper and onion. Chop cabbage and add tomatoes and Ro-Tel to meat mixture. Cook until meat, onions and peppers are done. Add Cheddar cheese soup and cook about 2 hours. Serve with corn bread.
