CHICKEN CREOLE 
4 to 5 lb. chicken, stewed, skin, bones removed
6 c. defatted chicken broth
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1 diced onion
7 oz. pkg. linguine
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
2 pimentos

To hot chicken broth, add celery, green pepper and onion. Cook 5 minutes. Add linguine, cook until tender. Add mushrooms, mushroom soup, pimento and cut up chicken. Put in casserole, cover with grated cheddar cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
