TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans (16 oz.)
1 jar (16 oz.) taco sauce, divided
2 sm. heads lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. broken taco shells or nacho chips

Prepare ground beef according to directions on seasoning mix package. Add refried beans and 3/4 cup taco sauce.

In large serving bowl, arrange half the lettuce. Add beef and bean mixture. Top with remaining lettuce, olives, onion, tomato, avocado, cheese and broken shells or chips. Serve with remaining taco sauce. Makes 6 servings.
