CROCK-POT BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. beef for stew
1 can tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of sugar

Mix all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low all day. Before serving, thicken, if needed, by dissolving 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a little cold water in a cup. Gradually add some warm beef broth from crock-pot mixture to cornstarch until it reaches temperature of the mixture. Then stir into beef mixture and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on high. Delicious served over noodles.
