DREAM CAKE (COCONUT) 
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix, yellow (no pudding mix)
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Bake at 325 degrees.

ICING:

2 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 (6 oz.) frozen coconut (must be frozen kind)
3/4 c. bag confectioners' sugar

Mix with sour cream. Add frozen coconut with it.

12 oz. Cool Whip

Fold it in the other ingredients. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, then when the cake is complete. Then take regular coconut and sprinkle all over cake. Make sure this is not frozen to do the finishing touch.
