FROZEN STRAWBERRY PARFAIT 
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed strawberries
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. liquor

Mix flour, brown sugar, nuts and melted butter. Put into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out 1/3 of crumbs and spread the rest evenly on bottom of pan.

Beat egg whites slowly add sugar, beat 5 more minutes. Fold in lemon juice liquor and strawberries. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pan sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Cover and freeze 6 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
