1/4 c. peach juice
5 oz. jar pimento cheese
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can sliced peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 qt. Cool Whip

Drain fruit thoroughly. Beat together the peach juice, cream cheese and pimento cheese. Fold in peaches, pineapple, oranges and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill overnight. This is just right for an 8 x 12 inch dish.
