CHICKEN AND RICE 
6 chicken breasts (chicken wings also work well)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. raw rice
1 can mushroom soup

Pour rice into lightly greased casserole dish. Wash, season (optional), and skin breasts. Place over the rice. Mix dry onion soup with can of mushroom soup and water. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done.
