BEAN 'N' BURGER CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon
1 chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can pork 'n' beans
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Dash of red pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, green onions, milk, steak sauce, egg and salt. Mix well. Divide among 4 greased 10 ounce glass custard cups, patting against bottom and sides. Place cups on cookie sheet; bake 10 minutes. Pour off drippings.

In skillet, cook bacon, drain and crumble. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon bacon drippings. Add chopped onion and saute. Add pork 'n' beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, red pepper sauce. Cook until heated well. Serve by removing meat cups from custard cups and spooning beans inside. Garnish with bacon and green onions.
