LINDA'S PINEAPPLE CHEESE DISH 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. cracker crumbs, Ritz

Combine sugar and flour. Stir in 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Then spoon into 1 quart casserole dish, greased. Pour melted butter over pineapple mixture and sprinkle cracker crumbs on it. Bake at 350 degrees, 20-30 minutes.
