TURKEY LOAF 
2 lb. ground turkey breast
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
3 lg. ribs celery, finely chopped
1 lg. green onion, finely chopped
72 onion-flavored crackers, coarsely crumbled
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
4 tsp. chopped parsley
4 eggs, beaten

In large bowl mix turkey with all other ingredients until well blended. Turn into 9x5x3 loaf pan -- shape into loaf. Bake in medium oven (325-350 degrees) for 50-60 minutes. Delicious served hot or cold for sandwiches.
