BROCCOLI AND TUNA SOUP 
1 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
Salt, pepper, celery salt to taste
3 c. skim milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 c. yogurt or sour cream

Saute onions in butter until clear. Add flour; slowly blend in milk. Cook until mixture bubbles and thickens. Add broccoli, tuna and spices and cook until broccoli is tender (15 minutes). Add sour cream or yogurt. Do not allow to boil.
