HOT SPINACH-TUNA SALAD | |
1 or 2 sm. cans tuna 1 lb. fresh, shredded spinach or thawed pkg. 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. buttermilk or plain yogurt 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Cheddar) 1/2 c. bread crumbs or wheat germ 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. celery seed Optional Sliced mushrooms, up to 1 c. Mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, eggs, cheese and bread crumbs. Add seasonings. Stir in tuna, spinach and pour into greased 9 inch pan. Top with additional cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold. |
