MILLIONAIRE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (any brand)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping

Prepare cake according to package directions in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup of the milk until fairly smooth. Add pudding mix and remaining 1/2 cup of milk. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of cake. Then spread the pineapple over the pudding layer. Finally, spread the whipped topping over the pineapple and if desired, sprinkle with pecans or walnuts. Refrigerate until serving time.
