MILLIONAIRE CAKE | |
1 yellow or white cake mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. milk, divided 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Prepare and bake cake in 9x13 inch pan according to directions on package. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add the pudding mix and 1/2 cup milk. Beat until well mixed and smooth. Spread on cold cake. Spread drained pineapple over pudding mixture. Finally spread on the whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut. |
