MILLIONAIRE CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix, any kind 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. milk 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, defrosted Prepare cake mix according to package directions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup of the milk until fairly smooth. Add pudding mix and remaining 1/2 cup milk and beat until smooth. Spread on top of cake. Next, spread the crushed pineapple in a layer over the cream cheese mixture. Finally, spread the whipped topping over the pineapple and if desired, sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until serving time, at least 1 hour. |
