ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lg. shallot, minced
4 tbsp. butter
2 lg. zucchini, sliced
4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Coffee Rich

Cook shallot in butter until tender. Add zucchini and chicken broth. Cook until tender. Put in blender. Add celery salt, dill and salt and pepper to taste.
