BROCCOLI SAUTE 
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tbsp. honey
1 lg. head broccoli, cut into flowerettes
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced

In small dish, stir together soy sauce and honey; set aside. In large skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Spray same skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Saute broccoli, water chestnuts, onion, and garlic until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Pour soy mixture over vegetables; cook until flavors blend, about 1 minute. Spoon sauteed mixture onto serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 4 servings, 141 calories each.
