BROCCOLI RICE 
1 cup raw rice
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup celery
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sautéed in butter until tender
1 small jar cheez whiz
1 can mushroom soup
1 box frozen chopped broccoli

Cook 1 cup rice and set aside. Sauté onion, celery, pepper until tender; add mushrooms. Add cheez whiz, soup, and broccoli. Add rice to mixture.

Bake in a casserole dish, covered about 40 minutes at 350°F.
