NO CHOLESTEROL ORANGE POUND CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind
4 egg whites, beaten stiff

Coat bottom of loaf pan with Pam; dust with flour. Combine flour with next 3 ingredients, in large bowl. Add oil and juice. Beat at medium speed until batter is smooth and thick. Add orange rind and about 1/3 of egg whites; stir gently.

Fold in remaining egg whites. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Good with fruit.
