ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 clove crushed garlic
2 lb. sliced zucchini
1/2 tsp. dill
16 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in pan and saute onions and garlic. Add zucchini, salt, pepper and dill to pan and cook until tender. Layer zucchini into casserole dish alternating with tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons butter over bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
