OVEN CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
6 thin slices ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
3 c. corn flake crumbs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix corn flake crumbs, garlic, parsley flakes, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside. Pound chicken breasts flat. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each. Roll up. Secure with toothpick. Dip each piece in milk and then roll in corn flake crumb mixture, covering completely. Place chicken, seam side down, in a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. Remove toothpicks before serving.
