LEBONESE HUMMUS (DIP) 
1 c. cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1/4 c. bean juice or water
3/4 c. sesame takini
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt to taste
1 or 2 tbsp. olive oil
1-3 cloves garlic

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. If too stiff, add a little water a teaspoon at a time. Stop the blender often and push the mixture down the sides into the blades using a rubber spatula. Serves 2.
