CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/2 c. quick grits
6 c. cold water
1 lb. very sharp grated cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
2 sticks butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook grits in water according to directions. Add remaining ingredients while grits are hot. Add eggs last. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be frozen ahead. Makes a large casserole.
