UNTOSSED SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) fresh spinach
1 lb. bacon fried and crumbled
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 head lettuce, bite sized
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 lg. sweet onion cut into rings
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
Swiss cheese

In large bowl spread fresh spinach then layer in the bacon and eggs. Fill to top with bite sized lettuce. Top the lettuce with peas then the onions. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream and spread it on top of the salad. Top with grated Swiss cheese.

Make in layers. Prepare the day before. Refrigerate and cover.
