1 lb. fresh spinach
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. bacon bits (optional)

SWEET-SOUR DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 med. onion, grated
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wash spinach, drain and pat dry. Break into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients and toss with sweet-sour dressing.
