APRICOT AND PINEAPPLE MARMALADE | |
1 lb. dried apricots 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple 3 1/2 c. cold water 2 1/2 c.sugar Grind apricots through food chopper. Add water, let stand overnight. Add sugar, pineapple and juice. Cook one hour, or until thick. Put in hot jars and seal. |
