GOLD COIN CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Cook carrots after slicing like coins, then marinate in above.
