AUNTIE'S PEACH KUCHEN 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1 lg. can peaches, sliced; drained (reserve 1/2 c. syrup)

Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until you have coarse crumbs. Press into a 9x9 inch greased pan. Arrange peaches on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven.

Combine milk, egg and reserved syrup. Pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes more at 375 degrees. Serve warm or cold, with whipped topping.
