CHAMPAGNE EGGS 
16 eggs
8 c. milk
12 slices bread (without crust) 3/4 inch cube
4 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 pkg. grated cheese
Onion and green pepper, sauted in butter
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained

Butter casserole and put in bread. Mix rest and pour over bread. Add grated cheese last. Refrigerate over night. Take out 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour 375 degrees uncovered 9 x 13 and a smaller casserole.
