ONE-STEP POUND CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. orange or lemon yogurt
3 lg. eggs, at room temperature

LEMON GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice

LEMON GLAZE: Combine and drizzle over cake.

Combine all ingredients in food process or large mixer bowl. Beat 3 minutes or until well blended. Pour into greased, floured 10-inch bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes, until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool cake upright in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Drizzle Lemon Glaze over cake.

This cake is very easy and nice and moist. Most people who try it want the recipe.
